Red Beach lifeguards also patrol at Pakiri Beach, usually from mid-December to mid-February. Also on the East coast, Pakiri is a one hour drive north of Red Beach. If you are visiting either beach, please remember to swim between the Red and Yellow patrol flags. In addition we run a very successful Junior programme for 4 – 13 year olds which commences in late-October.
